Introduction

Hello to all,

I've created this blog just to document my travels as I explore my city , NYC, through a new method for the first time. I've recently picked up cycling as a way to be healthy as well as a leisurely hobby. I want to share all the of hidden beauty that I've found along my journey. To start, here are some pictures of my bikes.





This is my current ride. It is a Ross GranTour II circa unknown. I've converted it to single speed and added the flat bar. It's not the greatest handling bike, nor the lightest. Definitely has character though. Plus it was on $40 off craigslist, so until I gather some more funds, she's my gal.... Pictures were taken at Canarsie Pier, its a nice ride from Knapp St. in Sheepshead Bay along the Belt Parkway. However there is a lot of construction going on at the moment which some may not enjoy...
